Innovation On Your Schedule: ECHO Ideation Workshop Now Available On-Demand

Now Available On-Demand

We’ve pivoted our approach and are now offering a pre-recorded version of the ideation session created by Mitchell Marcello, founder and director of Imago. This on-demand format makes it easier for you to engage with this valuable content on your own schedule, at a time that works best for you and your team.

What You’ll Get

The pre-recorded session walks through practical tools and creative thinking approaches. Mitch references several worksheets throughout the training—these are included and designed to help you work through ideas and think differently about the challenges your program faces.

Access these worksheets here: Imago Innovation Worksheets

Email Miranda at mwhalen@cccforpa.org for the password. Include your name and program name in the request. Then, watch the session whenever it works for you. Pause, take notes, and work through the worksheets at your own pace. There is no time limit.

Why This Matters

The ECHO Innovation Grant application window is currently open, and we’ll be accepting applications again in Fall 2026. This session gives you dedicated time to explore fresh ideas, get unstuck on challenges, and consider what could strengthen your grant application. Whether you’re just beginning to think about an idea or refining something you’ve been working on, this training offers practical tools to approach your challenge creatively.
