Office Hours Now Available for ECHO Innovation Grant Applicants

The Community Connections for Children (CCC) team is excited to introduce ECHO Office Hours – a new support designed to help you explore and navigate the ECHO Innovation Grant application.

Join Miranda Whalen, ECHO Grants Coordinator, and Katie Caples, ECHO Director, for dedicated one-on-one time to discuss your project.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore an idea or refining a well-developed proposal, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Office Hours provide a valuable opportunity to get direct guidance, ask questions, and ensure your application is as strong as possible.

During these 15-minute virtual sessions, you can:

  • Confirm your program and project eligibility
  • Talk through and refine your ideas
  • Receive feedback on your project plan
  • Explore which ECHO supports best align with your goals
  • Ask questions and gain clarity on the application process

These sessions are purely informational and supportive and are not part of the evaluation process. We encourage you to come prepared with questions so you can make the most of your time.

Ready to get started?

Reserve your time using the scheduling link here. Please submit your request at least 24-hours in advance of your preferred meeting time. Sessions begin in March and will be available throughout the full application window.

Translation support is available. To request accommodations, please email mwhalen@cccforpa.org with “ECHO Office Hours” in the subject line, or include your request in the “add any special requests” box on the booking page.

We look forward to connecting with you and supporting your work to expand high-quality early childhood education in our community.
