Build Your Future Workforce Through Paid Work Experience

Connect your early childhood education program with emerging talent through ECHO and South-Central PA CareerLink workforce partnerships.

On Monday, May 18, ECHO, in partnership with the South-Central Workforce Investment Board, CareerLink and Equus, hosted a virtual Paid Work Experience Employer Information Session for Early Childhood Education (ECE) providers interested in supporting youth and individuals through paid work experience opportunities.

ECE providers can now access the recorded information session video providing details needed to become an approved host site for Paid Work Experience participants within their early childhood education program.

This initiative serves as an important workforce development pipeline, helping connect ECE programs with future early childhood professionals while providing meaningful hands-on experience for participants exploring careers in the field.
